Our concept is to offer you an alternative space so you can enjoy a delicious crepe and excellent service.
Our menu has been designed by students of the Bachillerato Tecnologico de El Grullo offering original recipes and ingredients of the highest quality.
The microenterprise had a month of preparation, training, study and design before opening its doors for the first time on March 20, 2019 in the city of El Grullo, Jalisco. From this moment called society as ¡Ajúa! Mexican creperie with a non-fixed location because the sales would be in different points of sale. The duration of this microenterprise will be approximately 4 months.
Starting as a school project three friends, dreaming of a moment to achieve successful sales. Due to the success obtained, we have attended children's events, festivals and certain points of sale. Ajúa! Crepería Mexicana is the company that guarantees quality, taste, quantity and excellence in cooking processes.
Our purpose as a microenterprise is to understand and commit ourselves to the needs of our customers and collaborators, looking day by day to improve our systems, processes, administration and services. As of today, we have a very extensive letter where you can find more than 20 different types of crepes. In addition to our exquisite products, we strive every day to cultivate our human philosophy of improving the wait and life of our employees and customers, always looking for new ways for all people in ¡Ajúa! Crepería Mexicana feel safe, comfortable and most importantly happy.
